Welcome to our wedding day program! Below you’ll find our timeline, ceremony details, venue directions, and photo gallery.

Schedule of Events

Program & Timings

4:30 PM

Depart for Ceremony

Head to Caesars Palace via Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or a short walk from Bellagio.

4:45 PM

Guest Arrival at Venus Garden

Please arrive at Venus Garden at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time.

5:00 PM

Wedding Ceremony

Ceremony begins promptly at Venus Garden (45-minute reserved chapel time).

5:45 PM

Family & Group Photos

Our photographer is booked starting at 5:00 PM. Please stay nearby following the ceremony for photos.

5:45–6:30 PM

Break & Transition

Freshen up or explore Caesars Palace before heading to dinner.

6:30 PM

Head to Reception

Walk through the Palace Tower entrance (located next to Venus Garden) into The Forum Shops.

7:00–10:00 PM

Dinner & Celebration

Join us at Carmine’s in The Forum Shops for dinner, drinks, and dancing!

Important Note: Please be at Venus Garden by 4:45 PM. Our chapel time is strictly limited to 45 minutes and the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

Ceremony Location

Getting to Venus Garden

August in Las Vegas is very hot. While Caesars Palace is right next to Bellagio, taking an Uber/Lyft is highly recommended to stay cool.

🚖 Option 1: Uber / Lyft (Recommended)

Rideshares can only drop off at the Caesars Palace Main Entrance (they cannot drop off at Augustus Tower). From the main entrance, head inside and follow signs toward the pools.

🏃 Option 2: Walking

Walking from Bellagio to Venus Garden through Caesars Main Entrance takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes (approx. 0.6 miles). Exit Bellagio north, enter Caesars main entrance, and follow indoor pool signs.

Inside Caesars Main Entrance:

Follow overhead signs toward the Augustus / Octavius Towers.

Follow Pool Signs:

Follow the directional signs pointing to the Garden Pools / Chapels.

Arrive at Venus Garden:

You will reach the outdoor pool garden area where Venus Garden is located.

Reception Location

Venus Garden → Carmine's

Locate Palace Tower Entrance:

The Palace Tower entrance is located right next to Venus Garden.

Walk into The Forum Shops:

Enter Palace Tower and follow signs through to The Forum Shops.

Fountain of the Gods Landmark:

As you enter The Forum Shops from Caesars Palace and start walking, you will reach the Fountain of the Gods. Turn right at the fountain for Carmine's.

Arrive at Carmine's:

Find Carmine's Italian Restaurant inside The Forum Shops (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
